SILVER SERVICE - Ongoing Regular Financial Advice Review Service

SILVER SERVICE is ideal for those who require a full yearly review of their financial, taxation, pension and investment position but do not want ongoing advice.  You prefer to receive ongoing updates and unlimited contact with us but you will advise us when you require further advice.

The Silver Review Service is our second most popular service behind Gold Service. Silver Service means that we will review the investments made on our advice at intervals of twelve months on a date agreed with you.

Who should consider Silver Service?

Every person, family or organisation should have a review of their financial position at least once a year.

What is included?

• Records - We maintain a full and complete financial services file throughout the year
• Deal with Companies - We deal with any queries from insurance, investment or pension companies throughout the year
• Deal with Authorities - We deal with tax authorities when and where required throughout the year
• Monitor Investments - We monitor changes in investment markets throughout the year
• Monitor Law and Tax - We monitor changes in law and taxation throughout the year
• Review - We review your investments made on our advice once a year
• Telephone - We offer you unlimited telephone contact - you can telephone us at any time with no extra cost without worrying about huge additional charges
• Report - We give you a written report once a year on your portfolio and the markets explaining all those statements in plain English, removing all the jargon so that you understand what you have
• Valuation - We give you a full written report including valuation of transactions made on our advice once a year and an overview of the performance and investment returns
• Need An Adviser - We offer full access to the subscription only pages of Need An Adviser at no extra charge saving £39.99 a year
• Newsletters - We issue our informative, regular newsletters both by email and by post at no extra cost

Additional Services Available For Silver Clients

• Meetings - We offer meetings with you face to face or remote consultations to discuss ongoing changes to your portfolio - an additional charge may be made for this service. If you require ongoing advice without further charges you should consider Gold Service
• Advice - We give ongoing advice and make changes to your portfolio when requested by you - an additional charge may be made for this service.  If you require ongoing advice you should consider Gold Service

How much does it cost?

For the Silver Service we make an annual charge yearly in arrears depending upon the number of pensions and investments plans we look after for you as follows:

£240 per year (£20pm) - 3 plans or less
£360 per year (£30pm) - 4 + plans

We offset commissions

Any commissions that we receive are offset against our service costs, for many clients this can mean little or no fees are charged.
