Pensions have changed forever:
The biggest changes in Pension Law in living memory were introduced by the Finance Act 2004 on 6 April 2006 to simplify our pensions. Most people do not even know their pensions have changed. Gone are all the old calculations for maximum percentage of salary payments you can make, different tax free cash calculations or different maximum pensions for different types of scheme and now we have a simplified Annual Allowance and Lifetime Allowance.
