Issue 66 of the Financial Ombudsman Service’s Ombudsman News covered a number of mortgage complaints regarding mortgage advice.

We thought it would be helpful to review the two most pertinent scenarios for Mortgage Complaints and give pointers to help you avoid these pitfalls.
