On Site - thorough and complete on site visit, review and help from compliance guru, Joanne Roberts
Post Clinic Day Report and Analysis on both the good and the bad and any remedial action
Review Report can be supplied to FSA: The FSA will ask for your most recent compliance consultant report as part of any TCF Assessment.
Costs for a day: £750 plus VAT on site including all expenses within 100 mile travel radius (based in Midlands) Nominal charge for longer journey.
